Is direct billing available?Yes! We direct bill to most major insurance providers. Simply bring your insurance information with you to the clinic and we will take care of the billing and notify you of any remaining balance.

What can I expect at my first appointment?Your first appointment will include a detailed assessment and treatment session. We talk with you to find out what has been going on, and perform physical tests. From here we will work with you to develop a treatment plan, and begin that treatment plan with you at your first session.

Do you offer dry needling and acupuncture?We do! We are proud to offer needling as an adjunct treatment to your session, at no extra charge. If you are interested in getting needling, let us know and we will book you with the appropriate physiotherapist.

How do I book a WCB appointment?If you were injured at work, contact us to book your physiotherapy appointment. WCB will cover one assessment and treatment, regardless if your claim is approved. If you have a case manager and claim number with WCB, we will ask you for this information. If you do not, contact us anyways and we will walk you through the steps.

How do I book after a car accident? (MVA)If you were in a car accident and sustained an injury, contact us to set up your physiotherapy appointment. Once your accident is reported to your insurance provider, we will fill out an AB-1 form, which should be filled out within 10 days of the accident. We will ask for the date of your accident, insurance company name, adjusters name and contact information, and claim number. If you are outside of the 10 days to file the AB-1 form, still be sure to contact us and we will walk you through the outside protocol steps.

Is a doctor referral needed?No doctor referral is needed to book with us. If you do have a referral from a healthcare professional, we encourage you to bring it with you!
