Our Mission
To provide individuals with the essential tools and knowledge for successful physical rehabilitation and to unlock their full potential for optimal physical performance.
We treat a wide range of injuries and dysfunctions by using a patient centered philosophy - this means more one-on-one time with you.
Patient
Centered
Your needs, preferences, and goals are at the forefront of decision-making for your treatment plan. Professional and welcoming physiotherapists and massage therapists are here to work with you towards reaching your goals. Self management and exercise plans are curated for you post-session to ensure your recovery is as efficient as possible.
Integrative
Care
Physiotherapists with varying specialties, massage therapists, exercise coaches, a therapy dog, and a network of preferred healthcare professionals allow us to ensure your physiotherapy treatment is as effective as possible.
Inclusive
We accept, promote, educate, and treat ALL individuals. Your physical goals are your own and we are here to support you on your pursuit.
Training &
Education
Physiotherapists and massage therapists actively learn new treatment modalities from evidence-based research. This is shared with patients and the health and wellness industry through community outreach and partnerships. Find our Physiotherapists educating the next generation at the University of Alberta, work environments, your local fitness center, or event.
